What are cookie balls?
Cookie balls are crumbled cookies that are blended with cream cheese, peanut butter, or other noted ingredients then shaped to form a ball and dipped in a coating.
What size are the cake/cookie balls?
My cake/cookie balls are about 1.5 inches round. I strive for a ‘two-bite’ size, which is the perfect size to balance the ratio of filling to coating. When calculating servings for an event, I feel that 2-3 per person are sufficient.
Are cake/cookie balls fully cooked?
Yes. The cake is fully baked. The cake is then crumbled and blended with icing, which creates a doughy consistency. This makes it easy to form the ball shape and dip into the coating and is what makes the cake ball texture almost like a truffle candy! Cookie balls are made from crumbled cookies that are mixed with a filling to make a similar consistency and then dipped in a coating.
How do I store cake/cookie balls?
I recommend storing them in the refrigerator. It's important to refrigerate them so they stay fresh longer. Cake/cookie balls are best served slightly chilled. It is alright for them to sit out, just return them to the refrigerator after your event to maintain freshness. Most of the cookie balls have cream cheese in the filling and should not stay un-chilled for long.
How long can I store cake/cookie balls?
Cake/cookie balls can be stored refrigerated for up to 4 weeks…..if you can actually have them around that long! For longer storage, they can also be frozen for up to 5 months in an airtight container.
Where are the cake/cookie balls made?
Right out of my home. I am currently located in Rusk, TX. Because these are made out of my home, consumption is at your own risk for legal reasons. I do maintain a clean home and working space.

Do you do cake/cookie balls for weddings, birthdays, corporate orders or other special events?
Yes. I love special events. I currently offer a 3" x 2" x 1" white box with 2 basic treats for $3 per box. I can also tie a ribbon onto the box to match your wedding for an additional $0.25 per box. Another favor option is a cello-bag with 1 basic treat for $2 each with an additional charge of $0.25 per bag to add a ribbon to match your wedding. Both options make great favors for your special event. Some other ideas include cake/cookie balls as a ‘groom's cake’, as a cake/cookie pop (on a stick), in place of a traditional wedding cake or in a dessert buffet. Some have also passed them on trays with milk or coffee as a late night snack as the reception is winding down. Please contact me to place an order.
